Quotable Quotes

"What is the value of one child saved? No one would ever know, but if the child were our own, the price tag would be marked: Not for sale — this life is invaluable.”

HERMinator

The Herminator is actually a chlorine generator.  It is a simple portable device operated through an AC power supply that produces chlorine from a salt and water solution through the process of electrolysis. The process starts by mixing salt and water in a container until the salt is dissolved. The salt solution is then poured into one side of the tube/pipe. As the solution passes through the tube/pipe, it is charged through the process of electrolysis and undergoes a chemical reaction which produces chlorine, hydrogen and sodium hydroxide. The chlorine then comes out of the other end of the tube/pipe, and is collected in a different container and set aside. The produced chlorine is then added in predetermined amounts to unsafe water to purify it for drinking.
